Dorothy is the Executive Director at Kampala Capital City Authority, KCCA providing strategic leadership and monitoring effective administration of Uganda's Capital City Formerly a Senior Governance Advisor to the Prime Minister of Uganda coordinating political and non political actors to implement public policy, Deputy Head at the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit fast tracking service delivery, Administrator to the National Response Fund to COVID-19, Commissioner Electoral Commission of the ruling party, family law specialist and a strong advocate for the placement of abandoned children in families. She is the visionary founder for Destiny Leadership School which trains market place leaders and mentors leaders world wide as visiting international faculty, Board Chairman Development Associates International, serves on the Board of Trustees for Haggai International and was recently recognised as one of the 100 most influential women in Africa in 2021. She lives in Kampala Uganda with her husband and children.
