Winnie Begumisa a.k.a Tax Mamba is under the International Tax sect of the Large Taxpayers Office in Uganda Revenue Authority handling tax-related issues on all international transactions such as transfer pricing, exchange of information, and financial analyses amongst others. She previously worked with Libra Advocates under the mentorship of Joseph Okuja as a tax and legal associate where she handled the firm’s tax litigation and won a number of cases against the revenue authority.
