She is a Co-Founder and Team Leader at Khama Digital Content Hub, an initiative aimed at skilling digital creators and connecting them to decent work. Fiona is a co-host on the award-winning talk show, The Unpopular Opinion UG.

Fiona also serves at YouLead Africa as a Regional Program Associate specializing in Communications and Public Engagement. She is an alumnus of the inaugural cohort of the Content Catalyst Program 2023-2024 (Media Challenge Initiative x Embassy of France in Uganda).
