Stella Ayikoru
Stella Ayikoru is a seasoned marketing and export promotion specialist with over a decade of distinguished experience, currently serving as the Manager of Investor Support at the Uganda Free Zone and Export Promotion Authority. In this role, she provides technical guidance to investors and facilitates business development within Uganda's Special Economic Zones. With a strong academic foundation including a Master of Science in Marketing from Makerere University Business School (MUBS), Stella has progressively advanced within Uganda's export promotion landscape. Her prior role as a Senior Export Marketing Executive saw her drive international trade for Ugandan products and services. She is a proven project leader, most notably spearheading the development of an agile Exporter Management System (EMIS) to fast-track export activities and provide real-time data on small and medium enterprises. Before her dedicated public service, Stella honed her skills in the private sector in account management and sales roles at Soliton Telmec, where she successfully managed major projects, including connecting over 450 government agencies to the national fiber network. A fluent communicator in English and several local languages, Stella Ayikoru is a dynamic professional dedicated to driving Uganda's economic growth through strategic investment facilitation and export promotion
